About Me
I am a professional guitar teacher based in Hampshire, UK.
I was born in Aberdeen but moved to London in 1999 to study at the Guitar Institute (now known as the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance). I completed their diploma and degree courses and graduated with a BMus in Popular Music Performance.
After graduating, I was asked to become one of their teaching faculty. I taught at the Guitar Institute/ICMP for 10 years, delivering courses for beginners up to degree level. I now teach at three private schools in Berkshire and do private lessons.

I have played and recorded with many bands/artists. I am currently a member of the Counterfeit Stones (the UK’s most successful Rolling Stones tribute act). I have toured extensively with this band, playing theatres and corporate events all over the world.
I have recorded for various projects, including numerous Channel 4 documentaries and the movie “Stoned”.
